How long is the warranty and what does it cover?
The Family Bed provides a limited, non-prorated construction warranty for 10 years from the date of original purchase when placed on a platform bed or other rigid surface. Purchaser should retain their bill of sale as verification of purchase. Purchaser must be able to verify purchase date, purchase price, serial number from law tag, model name and size to obtain service with this warranty. Warranty is valid for original purchaser only. If found to be structurally defective, manufacturer reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or greater value in the replacement of this product.
How do get rid of my old mattress?
You have options depending on the wear & tear of your old mattress. Donation to a homeless shelter, tagging it for the trash company, and repurposing are all valid choices.
